L’UKIP arrive deuxième lors d’une élection législative partielle à Newark.
Royaume-Uni. Angleterre. Lors de l’élection législative partielle qui s’est déroulée à Newark ce jeudi 5 juin 2014, le candidat de l’UKIP Roger Helmer arrive en deuxième position.
Le candidat conservateur Robert Jenrick, arrivé premier, est élu.
Résultats :
Robert Jenrick (conservateur) : 17.431 voix (45%, -8,8 %)
Roger Helmer (UKIP) : 10.028 voix (25.9%, +22 %)
Michael Payne (travailliste) : 6.842 voix (17,7%, -4,7 %)
Paul Baggaley (indépedant) : 1.891 voix (4,9 %)
David Kirwan (écologiste) : 1.057 voix (2,7 %)
David Watts (libéral-démocrate) : 1.004 voix (2,6 %, -17,4 %)
Nick The Flying Brick (Loony) : 168 voix (0,43 %)
Andy Hayes (indépendant) : 117 voix (0,30%)
David Bishop (BP Elvis) : 87 voix (0,22%)
Dick Rodgers (Stop Banks) : 64 voix (0,17%)
Lee Woods (Pat Soc) : 18 voix (0,05%)
