Election partielle à South Shields : l'UKIP deuxième avec 24,2 %.

Royaume-Uni. Angleterre. Circonscription de South Shields. Lors d’une élection partielle qui s’est déroulée ce jeudi 2 mai 2013, l’UKIP arrive en deuxième position avec 24, 2 % des voix. Le BNP reçoit 711 voix, soit 2,9 %.

Emma Lewell-Buck travailliste 12.493 voix, 50.4 % (élue).

Richard Elvin UKIP 5,988 voix, 24.2 %

Karen Allen    Parti conservateur 2,857 voix, 11.5 %
